Loon Lodge is available for weekly rental from June through mid-September. Below you will find everything you need to know about pricing, what is included, and how the booking process works.
Weekly Rate
Accommodation Tax
June through mid-September. Weekly rentals only — Sunday to Sunday. Check-in at 4:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM.
The full 2,000 sq ft cottage is yours for the week — 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two living areas, wrap-around deck, private dock and canoe.
Sleeps up to 8 guests. The rate is per week for the whole property — not per person.
4% Local Short-Term Accommodation Tax applies in addition to the weekly rate, as required by the Municipality of Northern Bruce Peninsula.
How Payment Works
Pay a 30% deposit along with your signed rental agreement to confirm your dates.
Remaining balance is due at least 30 days before your check-in date.
Required with your final balance. Fully refundable if no damage is assessed at check-out.
Payment is accepted by bank transfer (e-transfer). Once your booking request is received, we will send you payment instructions along with the rental agreement.
